TESTIMONIALS
‘Many thanks for Saturday, I enjoyed your course very much and came away with things that I will be able to use for ever. Not bad for three hours.’
‘I never realised that you need so few ingredients to make a complete Indian meal’
‘This is so do-able, I won’t have to get another takeaway ever!
‘Thank you for a great class a couple of weeks ago. I’ve already tried to make the curries twice since then! They are far, far, far better than anything I’ve ever done before and I’m not afraid to use the spices now.’
‘I just wanted to write to say thank so much! Jim had a really lovely day and has already tried out his new skills! Saturday evening he cooked up the most wonderful curry I have ever tasted! It was delicious! I can’t wait for him to cook up some more!’
‘Thank you Monisha! We have learned so much in our bespoke class and will find it easy to incorporate these dishes into our regular menu. We’ll keep you posted!’
‘On behalf of the whole team, I would like to thank you so much for the wonderful experience you have given us! We had a fantastic day and we have bonded, I believe, as a team even more! I think everyone rediscovered the joy of cooking. You are a good teacher and a fantastic cook! We will definitely be recommending the class to everyone that is interested.’
‘Would recommend Monisha to anyone interested Indian food and history. She has a thorough knowledge of Indian cuisine and is able to communicate it in a clear, fascinating and friendly way.’
‘Monisha was a fantastic teacher and hostess. She taught us about the history of Indian as well as giving us an understanding of the key spices and cooking techniques. Class sizes are kept small (there were just 5 of us in my class), allowing all of us to cook and prepare the dishes. ‘
‘We met Monisha for a 2 hour jaunt round Southall. We immediately felt at ease and she led a fascinating and very entertaining 2 hours walk, talk and taste around Southall. Good for foodies but Monisha sure knows her history and cultural stuff too so it was an intelligent, funny and thought provoking evening. This is a great value tour..’
